- Abuse the search feature (e.g., excessive automated requests).

All trademarks, logos, and interface elements are property of Euphoniczen. Spotify logos, playlists, and data are the property of Spotify AB.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of playlist data. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the app.

7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at our discretion, without notice.

8. Refund Policy
We offer a free trial period so users can evaluate Euphoniczen before committing to a subscription. Once the trial period ends and a payment has been processed, all sales are final and non-refundable. Refunds will only be considered if the app experiences a complete outage lasting seven (7) consecutive days or more after initial charge.

9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the new terms.
